SHIPMENTS
• When the order has been delivered to a carrier or parcel company, the customer will be informed of the guide number by electronic means, so that it can be traced.
• Once you receive your tracking guide number, it is the customer's responsibility to check the delivery progress status of their package via the internet or by phone in order to track their product and confirm the delivery date of the package at their home address.
• In the event that the parcel notifies a delivery notice and you are not at home, it is the responsibility of the customer and is subject to the parcel delivery policies.
• We recommend that if the delivery address has a surveillance filter, plan to notify it to avoid setbacks.
* IF THE PACKAGE ARRIVES EVEN MINIMALLY DAMAGED, DO NOT RECEIVE OR REPORT, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR CLAIM AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING IF THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN BIURIFUL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE.
• If for any reason the security tape of the product box or bundle is violated, do not receive the product and contact us immediately so that we can help you make the corresponding claim; If you decide to receive the violated merchandise, we are not responsible for damage or loss of product, likewise it is important to check the number of boxes that travel in your tracking guide, so that when you receive the merchandise you verify that they match the number of boxes sent, if not, please do not receive the merchandise and contactinfo@biuriful.mx
• For products shipped internationally, delivery dates are estimated as they depend on various factors that are not in the hands of BIURIFUL. Therefore, BIURIFUL will make reasonable efforts to comply with them, but will not be responsible for it.

CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
- TO MAKE CHANGES, THEY ARE ACCEPTED ONLY 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM, THE CUSTOMER MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GIVING US THE PRODUCT IN PERFECT CONDITION AND IF SO, WE WILL SEND THE CHANGE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEW SHIPPING COST.
